  Story Editors Index
Notes: There are no Story Editors credited for the first and final seasons of the series, or for the first half of the second season. The first Story Editor to be credited on Ironside is Albert Aley—whose name appears on the closing titles mid way through the Second Season. He served in this position until the end of the fifth season, when he was promoted to Producer. The second Story Editor to be credited was Norman Jolley, who assumed the role until the end of the seventh season, at which time he, too, became a Producer. During their time as Story Editors, both men acted as Producers on various segments, and on these occasions, their “Story Editor” credits did not appear.
